Elsa started questioning her want and ability to rule three years after taking the crown. After a particularly stressful day, she looses control of her magic and travels into another universe, where all her anxieties are thrown at her, including her drastically changed sister, Anna. Forming an alliance, they will have to free the kingdom and find a way for Elsa to return home.
